  1. Is Aspire Hub open?
  2. Yes, our shops are open as usual, but all physical lessons have been currently suspended until 30 April 2020 as per directives from the Singapore Government.

  3. Why is Aspire Hub still open even when the Singapore Government has ordered a shut down for all tuition centres?
  4. Although no physical lessons are being conducted at our centres, our Customer Relations Executives are still standing by at the centres to assist you with any enquiries. Alternatively, you may call us during our operating hours or email our branches directly.

  5. If Aspire Hub is still open, can my child come to Aspire Hub to clarify his doubts on questions? If Aspire Hub is still open, can my child still come for tuition if the group only consists of students of the same school?
  6. According to directives from the multi-ministry task force, all physical lessons must be suspended from 27 March 2020 till 30 April 2020. There will be no classes or consultations available. Alternatively, online lessons are arranged for our students. Existing students are also entitled to:

    • TWO online group lessons free OR,
    • ONE 1-on-2 lessons free OR,
    • ONE 1-on-1 lesson free
  7. How are lessons going to continue?
  8. Classes will now be conducted online for the duration of the temporary suspension and students will be provided with worksheets that can be collected by parents from the centres and will be sent via email.

  9. What will lessons be like?
  10. We will utilise a teleconferencing app that allows coaches and students to freely interact with one another. Classes will also remain in small groups to ensure the same amount of attention will be given to all students. Online group classes will be limited to a maximum of 6 students per class. In addition to online group classes, we will be offering 1 on 1 online lessons and 1 on 2 online lessons.

  11. Will online lessons start at the same time as students have signed up for?
  12. Yes some of the lessons will be at the same time slot as what your child has signed up for in the first place, however as we are incorporating the 1 on 1 online lessons as well as 1 on 2 online lessons, some lessons might not have the same timing. Also, lessons will end 5 minutes early to facilitate the setting up of the next lesson. Kindly check with your branch front office for further details.

  13. Will online lessons cost the same as physical lessons?
  14. Please reach out to your branch for further details. Your customer relationship executive will be happy with assist you with your queries.

  15. Will my child’s tuition time slot be reserved for him/her if we only pay after physical lessons have resumed?
  16. We would like to recommend that you purchase your lesson packages early to secure your time slots as they are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  17. What if my child has no access to the internet? What if I do not want online lessons?
  18. To avoid any major disruption, we encourage students and parents to use the online lessons. However in the event of no internet access, physical lessons can still be held for you until the end of the term. If lessons resume in May, up to five lessons will be brought forward into the first 5 weeks of Term 3 (i.e. till 2 August 2020) for every full package purchased in Term 2. Please reach out to our front office to notify us ahead of time.

  19. If I decide to only resume physical lessons after the suspension is lifted, will the lessons be prorated?
  20. Yes. We understand the challenge that our students will be going through and thus the lessons for the remainder of term 2 will be prorated based on the number of weeks left and the cost of lessons in a package.

  21. If I have not paid for Term 2 lessons, can my child just sign up for the online lessons?
  22. Yes. Please reach out to your branch for further details. Your customer relationship executive will be happy with assist you with your queries.

  23. How can payment be processed during the suspension?
  24. Our centres are still open for parents to make payment. We can also provide PayNow and GrabPay QR codes to parents. Please reach out to our front office and we will be happy to assist you.

  25. Will the materials fee be refunded since I will be printing worksheets at home?
  26. We will be providing printed worksheets to our existing students that can be collected by parents. Please feel free to drop by the centre to collect your pack.

  27. Can I refund my lessons? After the online trial period, can I still refund my lessons after it?
  28. When lessons resume in May, up to five lessons will be brought forward into the first 5 weeks of Term 3
    (i.e. till 2 August 2020) for every package purchased in Term 2.

  29. What is the difference between online 1 on 1 lesson and online group lesson?

  31. You mentioned only selected few coaches will be conducting online 1 on 1 lesson, who are they? How do I book the online 1 on 1 lesson? Why don’t all of your coaches do online 1 on 1 lesson?
